Course Outline

This programme equips your team to further develop their influencing skills. This programme is appropriate for team members who have already developed their basic communication and influencing skills either through development opportunities or through formal training.


• Delegates complete a 48 question, on-line, 360 degree survey providing their own feedback plus allowing feedback from up to 7 other people, in order to understand their current influence behaviours. The responses are not anonymous. • The report from these questionnaires is linked to the Influencing Behaviour Model used in the programme and is revisited on the course.
