Requirements

Participants are expected to have a foundational understanding of project management principles, including activities, scheduling, and resource planning. While previous experience with any project management software is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A background in general engineering or project workflows is advantageous. No prior knowledge of Primavera P6 is required, as the course starts with fundamental concepts and gradually advances to more complex topics.
