Online MS Project Training in the UAE

This instructor-led, live training in the UAE (online or onsite) is aimed at beginner-level to intermediate-level project managers, business analysts, and team leads who wish to leverage Microsoft Project Pro for task scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Welcome to Microsoft® Project® 2019/2021: Part 2. This course aims to introduce you to the advanced features and functionalities of Microsoft Project, enabling you to utilize it effectively in practical scenarios.

In Microsoft® Project® 2019/2021: Part 1, you were introduced to the fundamental aspects of Microsoft Project during the initial planning stages of a project. This course delves into the advanced skills and knowledge required by project managers to update project plans within Project throughout the execution, monitoring, and control phases. Essentially, after your project plan has been approved by the sponsor, this course will equip you with the tools needed to manage the project successfully, ensuring it is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to scope.

Note: This course caters to users who have Project installed on their desktops, whether they purchased an “on-premise” version or subscribed to a “cloud-based” (online) edition. Since most project managers and team members primarily use the desktop application, this is the main focus of our course. The key features of the online app are covered in an appendix.

The content will be beneficial for users of any current Office version. The classroom setup is based on Office 2019.

Participants in the course will acquire the ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Project for scheduling tasks, managing resources, and overseeing the different phases of project implementation.
