Introduction

Stage 1: Self-Understanding

To understand others, one must first have a clear understanding of oneself, including behaviors and needs.

  1. Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
  2. Individual meetings for team members: a session with a certified PRISM trainer to discuss the report.

During the meeting, each person will discover:

  • Strengths, potential weaknesses, and challenges in action and cooperation with others.
  • The extent to which they fully utilize their potential.
  • Actions that may cause stress.
  • The work environment in which they feel most effective.
  • Needs for effective cooperation and communication with others.

2 meetings for the leader:

  1. Discussion of the report, including review of leadership style, strengths, and potential challenges arising from this approach.
  2. Comparison of the leader’s preference profile with the team’s preference results. During this meeting, the leader will gain a better understanding of how their leadership style impacts the team.

Stage 2: Team Understanding

Understanding others involves discovering similarities and differences between oneself and other team members. Similarities build understanding, while differences help uncover other perspectives on the same issue, fostering creativity and innovation.

  1. Workshop-based training on the characteristics of different behavior preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and cooperation. This section helps participants build a foundation for understanding the origins of human behaviors and attitudes, encouraging openness to different approaches.
  2. Discussion on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and cooperation challenges, identifying similarities and significant differences within the team.
  3. Discussion on cooperation challenges and developing solutions.
  4. Learning and analyzing the team profile according to PRISM, including team strengths, potential weaknesses, communication needs, and cooperation needs.
  5. Identifying areas for enhancing team efficiency and analyzing how the team can leverage its strengths to achieve this.

Stage 3: Effective Client Communication

A solid understanding of your strengths, needs, and challenges, along with a better grasp of diverse team perspectives, provides a strong foundation for understanding clients and tailoring communication methods to them. This enables more effective addressing of client needs and offering the best services and products to solve their biggest problems.
During the training, participants will:

  • Discuss challenges in working with clients and their sources.
  • Learn to identify different clients' behavior preferences and tailor communication methods accordingly.
  • Determine which messages encourage clients with specific preferences to open up and which to avoid as they may hinder cooperation.
  • Practice various forms of messages tailored to different client types, learning to better adapt communication methods.
  • Analyze real client interaction examples from their experiences and develop new strategies for similar situations based on the knowledge gained during the training.
