Course Outline
This programme empowers your team to further refine their influencing capabilities. It is designed for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills through prior development opportunities or formal training.
Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey, providing self-assessment feedback and allowing input from up to seven other individuals, to gain insight into their current influence behaviors. The responses are non-anonymous. • The resulting report from these questionnaires is mapped to the Influencing Behaviour Model utilized in the programme and is revisited during the course.
