  • Designing a BCM framework from an organizational perspective
  • Clarifying the distinctions between tasks, responsibilities, and policy
  • Formulating the BCM policy and documenting it effectively.
     

Module 2: Recognizing Threats and Vulnerabilities

  • Assessing the impact of failing to deliver products or services as agreed
  • Determining acceptable downtime thresholds for critical processes
  • Implementing preventive measures and understanding their application
     

Module 3: Creating and Executing a Business Continuity Plan

  • Examining the essential components of a continuity plan
  • Analyzing the costs and benefits associated with various plans
  • Assigning responsibility for specific plans across the organization
  • Structuring an effective continuity plan
  • Facilitating organizational recovery and resilience following a disruptive event.
