Module 2: Recognizing Threats and Vulnerabilities
- Assessing the impact of failing to deliver products or services as agreed
- Determining acceptable downtime thresholds for critical processes
- Implementing preventive measures and understanding their application
Module 3: Creating and Executing a Business Continuity Plan
- Examining the essential components of a continuity plan
- Analyzing the costs and benefits associated with various plans
