Equipped with this training, teams are fully prepared to engage in a Program Increment (PI), navigating both Team-level and Program-level events with a specific focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Furthermore, successful completion of the course serves as excellent preparation for the certification examination required to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
