A key focus of the curriculum is on comprehending the team's position within the ART and mastering the collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement required when working alongside other teams.

The training equips participants to engage effectively in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events with a special emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to earn the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) designation.
