• The process involves online training followed by a 100-mark multiple-choice examination
• A score of 60 or higher is required to pass the exam
• Candidates who do not pass may retake the exam after a 24-hour waiting period
• The exam can be attempted a maximum of three times
• If the 60+ mark threshold is not met after three attempts, candidates must contact support for assistance in clearing the exam
