Module 2: Analyzing data using queries and reports
The Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager database stores extensive data regarding resources in your environment. Since managing all resources simultaneously is not always practical, you can create queries to locate devices or user objects meeting specific criteria. These queries can also generate collections or provide additional resource details. This module covers creating and running queries. Additionally, reports can be executed to view various aspects of your Configuration Manager environment. Running these reports requires installing and configuring a reporting services point, which is detailed in this module.

Module 10: Managing compliance and secure data access
Many enterprises require systems, such as servers, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, to meet specific configuration and compliance standards. Compliance settings in Configuration Manager play a key role in identifying existing configurations, discovering systems with adverse changes, and automatically remediating them when necessary. These settings also help control how users manage and access data within the enterprise network. For computers running Windows 8 and newer operating systems, you can manage data using folder redirection, offline files, and roaming profiles. Access to data can be controlled using remote connection profiles, virtual private network (VPN) profiles, Wi-Fi profiles, and certificate profiles. Module 11: Managing operating system deployment
