5- Analysis
A- How we create our own stress: Subjective perception. Video: (How to make stress your friend) Method: NLP.
B- How our strengths can backfire: The different communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.
C- Understanding our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, and team.
D- Inventory of productive stress situations.
E- How to optimize positive stress.
6- Empowerment
A- Interviews (in pairs) and debriefing: Discovering your skills and major strengths.
B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).
C- Inventory of the participants' individual energy sources.
D- Daily relaxation exercise.
