SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification Training Course
Enhance your capabilities to steer value delivery within a Lean enterprise and gain insights into managing backlogs and programs by becoming certified as a SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Candidates will receive clear instructions on the expectations for the practical portion of the assessment and will have the chance to produce the necessary work products. Each practical assessment will also include one or two scenario-based questions that require written responses (up to five questions in total), covering various competencies. These written answers, along with the responses to the product backlog release, will be evaluated by an independent assessor. The entire assessment lasts for 2.5 hours.
