Course Outline
This course is largely similar to the Team Members’ course (see separate outline), with the following additions:
- A new module entitled: Leadership v Management, covering:
- The similarities and differences between Leadership and Management, including what constitutes a Great Leader versus a Great Manager.
- Various Management Styles.
- An additional module entitled: Delivering Change, covering:
- Factors that determine why Change succeeds or fails.
- Core Principles of Change.
- Resistance to Change – and why, in some instances, such resistance can be beneficial.
