The goal is to support the team in successfully delivering their product or project. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize these tools for managing user requirements, testing, and communication all within a centralized platform.

The course will cover topics such as setting up JIRA projects, creating Confluence spaces, understanding workflows and boards (Kanban and Scrum), planning and dependencies, integrating Jira with Confluence, reporting, key fields and custom fields, issue types, screens, and filtering techniques.
