Target Audience
This course is designed for the following professionals:

Current Scrum Masters Team leaders, project managers, and others who serve as Agile team facilitators within SAFe® or enterprise Agile environments Engineering and development managers responsible for Agile execution and coaching teams or teams of teams Agile coaches Agile program managers and aspiring Release Train Engineers Learning Goals
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Leverage SAFe® principles to facilitate, enable, and coach effectively in multi-team settings Construct high-performing teams and drive relentless improvement at both team and program levels Identify and resolve Agile and Scrum anti-patterns Promote the adoption of quality engineering, Agile architecture, and DevOps practices Utilize Kanban and flow principles to optimize team workflows Facilitate program planning, execution, and the delivery of end-to-end system value Encourage continuous learning through active participation in Communities of Practice and innovation cycles Learning Objectives

Requirements

It is highly recommended that attendees of the SAFe® ASM course hold one of the following credentials: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Alternatively, SAFe Practitioners (SPs) who have completed the SAFe Scrum Master Orientation are also eligible.
